Payment

Fees: IPv6 Summit 2009, 8 and 9 December:

$825 - Full delegate
$660 - Government or Associate*
$275 - Full-time student
$70 - Summit Dinner attendance for non-delegate

IPv6 Hands-on Workshop, 7 December:

The first hands-on IPv6 workshop is now booked out, but due to overwhelming demand we are holding the same workshop on Thursday 10 December. The cost is $550 per person, and the location is the Summit venue (workshop is independent of Summit attendance). For queries, please email Michael Biber or ring him on 0412 058 808. Click on the Online Registration Form link above to book for the 10 December workshop.

* 'Associate' means member or staff of the host, sponsor or endorser organisations. If you join the Internet Society of Australia today, you will immediately qualify for the Associate fees for this Summit and for future events.

The following cancellation fees apply:
Before 6 November 2009: $75 cancellation fee
Before 2 December 2009: 50% refund of fees paid
After 2 December 2009: no refund, but you are welcome to substitute another delegate

Privacy

Neither the IPv6 Summit organisations nor ConferenceIT pass their IPv6 Summit list to any other organisation. They may retransmit information from other parties if they feel this is likely to be of benefit to the delegate. If you later decide to unsubscribe to this list please do so by emailing ipv6@mlaa.com.au with "unsubscribe" in the subject. Unless we are otherwise advised at the time of registration you will be added to the sponsors and stakeholders list.

Accommodation

Discounted accommodation rates have been negotiated at The Sebel & Citigate Albert Park Melbourne. All rates are for single, twin or double occupancy. To book your accommodation, please use the online registration facility (above) or contact the conference organisers ConferenceIT (please do not contact the hotel directly). Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Summit and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice.
