Your fee for the IPv6 Summit includes:
  • the Welcome Reception on the evening of Tuesday 16 October
  • the Summit Dinner on the evening of Wednesday 17 October (except for Student Registrations)
  • lunch, morning and afternoon tea on Wed 17 October and Thu 18 October

* 'Supporting Association' means relevant members/staff of the host, sponsor or endorser organisations. If you join the Internet Society of Australia today, you will immediately qualify for the Supporting Association fee level.

Workshop Attendance Fees 19 October 2012
Fees include lunch and tea/coffee refreshments. Each workshop will be held in the morning of Friday 19 October and repeated in the afternoon, so both may be attended if desired.

Workshop 1: IPv6 Security (Presented by Karl Auer, IPv6 Now Pty Ltd):
  • $250 - Early bird     $300 - Full fee
Workshop 2: Building an IPv6 Network from the Ground Up (Jeff Carrell, IPv6 Hands-On Labs)
  • $250 - Early bird     $300 - Full fee
Attendance at Both Workshops 1 and 2 (less 10%)
  • $450 - Early bird     $540 - Full fee

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be notified in writing to ipv6@arinex.com.au
The following cancellation fees apply:

  • Before Friday 21 September 2012: AU$100 administration fee
  • Before Monday 8 October 2012: 50% of the registration fee
  • After Monday 8 October 2012: no refund, but you are welcome to substitute another delegate in your place

Privacy

The IPv6 Summit managers do not pass their IPv6 Summit list to any other organisation. They may retransmit information from other parties if they feel this is likely to be of benefit to the delegate. If you later decide to unsubscribe to this list please do so by emailing ipv6@arinex.com.au with "unsubscribe IPv6" in the subject. Unless we are otherwise advised at the time of registration you will be added to the sponsors and stakeholders list.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Summit and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice.
