Your registration fee for the IPv6 Summit includes:

the Welcome Reception on the evening of Monday 18 October
the Summit Dinner on the evening of Tuesday 19 October
lunch, morning and afternoon tea on Tuesday 19 October and Wednesday 20 October
lunch, morning and afternoon tea if attending the optional IPv6 Workshop on Monday 18 October

Payment

Early Bird registrations must be received before Friday 17 September.

All rates are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

$880 - Full delegate
$770 - Early Bird Full delegate
$700 - Government or Associate*
$590 - Early Bird Government or Associate*
$275 - Full-time student
$55 - Welcome Reception attendance for non-delegate
$80 - Summit Dinner attendance for non-delegate

IPv6 Hands-on Workshop, Monday 18 October:

$590 - Full delegate
$275 - Government, student or Associate*

* 'Associate' means member or staff of the host, sponsor or endorser organisations. If you join the Internet Society of Australia today, you will immediately qualify for the Associate fees for this Summit and for future events.

The following cancellation fees apply:
Before 17 September 2010: AU$75 administration fee
Before 11 October 2010: 50% of the registration fee
After 11 October 2010: the full registration fee will be charged (no refund), but you are welcome to substitute another delegate in your place

Privacy

Neither the IPv6 Summit organisations nor ConferenceIT pass their IPv6 Summit list to any other organisation. They may retransmit information from other parties if they feel this is likely to be of benefit to the delegate. If you later decide to unsubscribe to this list please do so by emailing ipv6@conferenceit.com.au with "unsubscribe" in the subject. Unless we are otherwise advised at the time of registration you will be added to the sponsors and stakeholders list.

Accommodation

Discounted accommodation rates have been negotiated at the Rendezvous Hotel, Melbourne. All rates are for deluxe (one bed) or twin (two beds) occupancy. To book your accommodation, please use the Online Registration Form or contact the conference organisers, ConferenceIT (please do not contact the hotel directly). Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Summit and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice.
